Current specs:
GTX 1050 2GB
AMD FX 4100 3.8GHZ OCed
16gb ddr3 1866mhz corsair vengeance OCed RAM

I want to make some upgrades and i would love some suggestions. First and most important everything i do is for PUBG so keep that in mind. 2nd Im using an HP 25'' OMEN monitor at 1920x1080@144hz which has AMD FREESYNC available.

Unfortunately my motherboard can have only amd CPUs and up to AM3+ sockets. Note: dont tell me to upgrade my motherboard I dont want to spend all my money . Im currently selling my GPU and thinking of buying an RX470 4GB and an AMD FX 8320 8core? What are your thoughts on these? Also, does my cpu bottleneck my gpu?

NOTE: As I said everything I do and change on my rig is for PUBG. Pubg is known to be a CPU based game so Im looking for an AM3+ socket processor which will both perform good for PUBG and my wallet

Am3+ has nothing on it worth considering anymore for gaming. It's best you just move up to a new platform instead of investing in a long dead platform.

Minimum means 40fps max with pubg. Also the 6100 isn't really an upgrade over what you have now. You'll get 2 more cores the game will barely use.

am3+ and fx is a no go and has been a no go for a couple of years. It's also an avoid when going used due to the poor single core performance games need.

I dont know what u guys are saying, I went to my friend who has an FX 8320 today and used it on my to test it and it was running with no probs minimun 60 fps. Nice idea about the returning but if i return it then i gotta get new MOBO new more expensive DDR4 RAM and the more expensive RYZEN. As in now I can spend 80 euros get the fx8320 and play pubg just how i want it, but yeah 1-2 years later i wont be playing any new games
