I sorry about my bad English...

I noticed that every few seconds my fps drops to about 50 from 60
And rarely also drops to 30

Specs:
Gtx 1060 6gb
i7-4790 non-k
B85M-G motherboard
500 w PSU
8GB ram
a really old Samsung 60hz screen

It also happens in easy-to-run games like Fortnite (no matter what graphics always running some but the drops ...)
And in games like far cry 5 and Doom, which are more difficult to run.

Example- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2QyxQsbJNRk

It doesn't happen when the screen is static even though there are moving objects like water and trees.

When there is a drop, the percentage of use of CPU increases significantly (for example in Far Cry 5 benchmark when it fell to 30 fps, the percentage of CPU use increased to 88%).

Pls help (just cleaned my PC)

I tried all the vsync modes in all games and also drivers (open, closed and adaptive).
pls help ;(

It could be some form of hijackware that is using up your system's resources.

I recommend downloading Malwarebytes, as it has a high detection rate, and perform a full scan. A malware named RiskWare.BitCoinMiner is mostly going to be a culprit for your constant lag spikes (That is, if you had malware in your PC). And that malware does exactly as it's called, but there are many other forms of malware out there.

If there was no malware found, then I recommend uninstalling the drivers with DDU, and then re-installing it manually.
