cpu/ram help asap

so i was on trident z rgb on my ryzen system and it was working perfectly fine for months. i then wanted a change and my friend and i made a deal and i gave him my trident z rgb if he would order me the ram i wanted from amazon. he ordered it and it was 16gb ballistix sport and i put it in and not working. im not getting a display, my keyboard and mouse aint lighting up and all my fans are spinning. i also have a cpu debug light which is why im confused.

.... don't understand the change, could be ballistix not compatible for the sys. Is BIOS up to date? If not, get the trident back and update bios and try again. If still not working, return the ram. G.Skill is better brand for Ryzen, mate.

updated and is working fine, didnt think i would have to bc i recently all ready did
