There is no adapter that will do what you wish. Your "m.2" port does not speak data storage.
And if there were such an adapter (there isn't), you would not see anything close to the performance of an NVMe drive.
Your motherboard will not work with an NVMe drive.

How do I know?
Because I study this stuff. I read a lot.
An NVMe drive will not work with your motherboard.
What do you use this system for? Unless you are heavily involved in video processing, or 3D work, or very large CAD files....and are routinely transferring those files to and from an NVMe drive....you would see zero difference.
If your motherboard supported it. Which it doesn't.

Oh okay so i need to buy another motherboard where nvme will work right? Damn I wanted to buy an nvme cause its the fastest ssd. But Hey srsly i have this problem: when I bought my pc about 1 year ago I had only two games and the loading times in the game was very fast, and now the loading time isn't. Is it because I have too little space on my SATA III ssd 128gb? Cause I have now much more games about 6-8.

You do not "need" an NVMe drive.
Changing the motherboard would entail building a whole new PC.

I have 20,4gb free space on my ssd.
Used 97,3gb. I just dont understand why my ssd is slower than when I bought my pc. What i need to do
to make my ssd faster again?

SSDs do slow down over time, but you can run CCleaner, a malware scan. Just ensure that at least 1 quarter is free, which would be about 30gb. Time to uninstall apps you don't use.

Puperhacker thanks The last question: When I buy that 860 evo 500gb ssd, should I replace that new ssd with old 128 gb ssd? and if I need, should I move the games from old ssd to new?
when I have installed the new ssd to my pc and I want a good loading time to particular game, should I move my game from other drives to this new ssd if I want a good loading time to battlefront or does it matter?
