Task manager services tab not working

I'm having some problems with viruses, and i need the services tab to work, but it doesn't, https://i.gyazo.com/36b7ba0a85d08eb9df47af17add54ebf.png
its on Spanish,(because Spanish is my first language) but as you can see the services tab of the task manager just

completely broke and doesn't show anything at all.

If you are able to access the internet head to https://www.malwarebytes.com/, download and run Malwarebytes.
I suggest running it in 'Safe Mode with networking'

aside from this, there is a process running called: audiodg.exe , which every time i close opens up again. I think this is one of the viruses

The 'audiodg.exe' file works with your audio hardware and is located in the 'C:\Windows\System32'...if is not located in that folder then it could be malware.
Also the file could get corrupted or damaged.

aside from that, any info about the services tab not working, it's really worrying me, i restarted my computed several times already.

Press Windows + X keys.
Click 'Command Prompt (Admin)'.
Type: SFC /scannow and hit Enter
Wait for the process to complete.
When you see Verification 100% complete, close the Command Prompt and reboot your PC.
