Good day gents and ladies, I'll get right to the point.
My faithful GeForce 9800 GT graphics card is dying and I need a replacement.
I don't have the budget to build a new all singing all dancing PC from scratch, so I'm looking to replace just the card it's self, however I've never replaced a video card before, I so I have no idea about what size/type I'd need for it to be to be compatible with my rig. I've got 6.00GB of installed RAM, my CPU is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4160 3.60hz, and it's a 64-bit operating system running windows 10.
I'm just looking for suggestions for a new Graphics card of comparable or better quality/power that could realistically replace the old one without putting too much stress on all the other ageing hardware.
