Will my A6 7400K works with GTX 980ti?

100% will bottleneck. The 7400K, even while overclocked, will simply not keep up with a GTX 970, much less a 980ti. Even the top end chip on that platform, the A10-7870K stopped being useful many years ago. You can offset some of this with overclocking, but that will only get you so far. Hate to say it mate, but it seems to me like its time for a platform upgrade. You can get the following for under $250, and the price can be offset by selling your current parts:
