Need Help With USB Wireless LAN.

I am currently using an Anewkodi c600 dual band 802.11ac . The Speed states Tx: 45mbs and Rx: 45mbs. The signal strength is 100 and the link quality is around 70 of an average. I am currently getting around 300 kbs and I have no idea it is so slow. I am only around 10 ft from the router and on the same floor. I appreciate any and all help.

I'm using a WiFi adapter too, mine is fine though, but u can try these:
1) Update driver
2) Plug into a different port
3) Disable all other network adapters
4) Trying it on another PC/Laptop

Thank you very much, I have been using this adapter for around 3 months now. I play video games mostly and I know you could understand the hassle of running and downloading games at 300kbs. Once again thank you!! P.S. I can't believe I never thought about updating the drivers.
