Which Motherboard Should I Pick?

All right guys, I need some help picking out a new motherboard that supports ddr4. I would like to use an i7 7700 k processor. If you suggest a motherboard could you also suggest some Ram that is compatible with it? My preference is 3200 megahertz. I'm getting a little bit confused, I understood DDR3 and ddr4 isn't that different but it's still a bit intimidating, any help is much appreciated thanks guys!

Any Z270 motherboard would work.

As far as compatible RAM, Intel platforms are usually pretty forgiving when it comes to supporting RAM, but if you want to be sure look at the supported memory list for whatever mobo you choose and get something off of that.
