So I have upgraded my PC about a year ago, and finally, I have decided to try and see what is wrong with my build.
My Specs:
Intel i7-7700k 7th Gen
Z270 Gaming K4 Motherboard by AsRock
16GB of Ripjaws V (F4-2133C15D-16GVR)
Asus Strix GTX 1080
750W EVGA GQ Power Supply
1TB Seagate HDD
500GB M.2 SSD
16GB Intel Optane (But I don't have it activated)

I never changed anything clocking wise. I haven't overclocked my CPU, GPU or anything else at any point. The Computer is very good when it comes to games but for some reason, all my friends who have PC's with an i5 or something of the like always are able to STREAM better than I am. They use their CPU for streaming, however even for me to be able to stream on twitch, I have to use my graphics card. When I finished the PC, I downloaded all the drivers I could think of, the motherboards drivers, GPU and CPU drivers. I just can't get it to work the way that I have been told systems like these can. Even with my first gaming PC, having an FX-6300 and an R9 280 graphics card, it would stream far better than the one I am using today.

In terms of my download speeds, they are just fine. 60mb/s. It isn't a problem regarding latency or anything of the sort if that is what you're asking.
