Dell t3500 error

Thanks for replying.
The only card is the video card which I have removed several times and reinstalled. I have tried another working card and still the same error,I have reset all plugs,ram,HDD's.There is no signal on the monitor which led me to believe it has something to do with the video card slot itself.As the t3500 has no onboard video it is impossible to check the bios or safe mode.
Done that everything looks fine.Read the service manual you sent a link to and tried using the jumper for RTCRST and closed it for 10 sec then put it back to the password jumper, manual said this can help with a no video signal but still the same error 2.It has to be the motherboard , I've ran out of things to try.
Last time I posted this I got flamed by some guy who lives in another country. But T3500 MB are under $40 on the surplus market.
