Gfx is way ahead of the others. The CPU isn't terrible either. If the motherboard can take it, perhaps 1600Mhz ram, perhaps 16GB if you think 8GB is getting easily used up.
One thing you didn't mention was storage. If you're currently on a HDD, a SDD will be a big improvement in all aspects of the system, assuming you want to do a clone of your installation.

I have 250 ssd for windows and other heavy apps. And 1 TB for general storage. So you think that my current build is ok? Even if its ddr3? I was thinking for an upgrade cuz I want to buy and run at least 3 new games. Bf5 , doom and assassins creed. Also my cpu runs at 99% when I play cod ww2. And my gpu is at 70%. Is this normal for my cpu to be at 99% ? Does my gpu gets bottlenecked ?
Yeah it sounds like your CPU is bottlenecking your GPU.
As far as it being OK.....if it's OK to you then it's OK....but being you're maxed out on the CPU....I imagine you are going to want to upgrade because it's just going to get worse with newer games.
