I don't believe it will work that way out of the box. You would likely need to update the bios with a 2nd gen Sandy Bridge cpu before even attempting to install the 3770k. If an updated bios isn't available, then the 3770k won't work at all.

If you are getting the i7-3770k for almost free then also it is not supported unless you do a bios flash and this is a very cheap mobo and it will be difficult to find and properly flash the bios. Any error in bios flash may cause the mobo to stop functioning and it is not worth to put a 3770k on that mobo since it can not oc this cpu.

In that case it can be considered that it is with updated bios however it is a super cheap model and it will be better not to stress the VRMs with a 3770k. However you can not oc it as well.
