Thinking of buying a 1060 but not sure about psu

I am thinking of buying a 1060 6gb and have made one on pc specialist andhere are the specs,

and it says it will only use about 250w and im not sure about that, also if you can tell me what other things i can upgrade as well that would be fit for the 1060 :D

Yet you make recommendations that will end up with a low end PSU. Brand does not matter when it comes to PSUs. Wattage does not matter as long as it's enough on the 12V rail. What is more important is the quality and electrical performance.
For example, the EVGA W1 430 is borderline crap, the EVGA B1 450w is sub-par and usually overpriced, the EVGA B3 450 has faulty protections, the EVGA BT is a low end PSU and only good if you can find for ~$20 and can't afford any more, the EVGA BV is also low end.

So almost every PSU that fits into your "EVGA 430W-450W" are mediocre at best.

400W is enough for...

400W is enough for your system, OP. Good budget power supplies include the Corsair CX (grey label), Corsair CXM (grey label), be Quiet! Pure Power 10.
