I have a Toshiba L50-B laptop with Intel Core i5 4210u processor and AMD Radeon R7 M260. I tried overclocking using MSI Afterburner but the values are already maxed out. I even tried turning enableulps to 0, unofficialoverclockingmode to 1, and agreeing to unofficialoverclockingeula in msiafterburner.cfg. However, it only made the core and memory slider unadjustable. I also tried Sapphire Trixx but the values doesn't change after applying. I have no Global Overdrive nor wattman on my radeon software version 18.5.1 adrenalin. Tried installing amd overdrive but it only made my windows 10 crash.

I know overclocking a laptop gpu is not worth it but I'm willing to take the risk of decreasing the life span of my laptop. Any other ideas?

Solution
The 530 seems to be using the same architecture but this alone doesn´t make a R7 M260 to a 530 only by overclocking or flashing the same BIOS to it.

If you find something, I would be very suprised but happy for you :)

Won't it work? Vga bios limitation? Can I not flash a m360, m460, or radeon 530 bios in it? It is said that these gpus are rebadged m260. I also read somewhere that someone was able to with the same laptop as mine.

I wasn't actually able to find one. I've been searching for days already. Isn't it really unoverclockable? Is there no other way? It's a waste if I won't be able to reach the performance of the newer Radeon 530 just by overclocking it.

I know this is a bit old but did you end up figuring something out?
I have the exact same card as you but in my care i just want to be able to change the fan speeds not overclock.
