Hey, im not the best at computer hardware so im gonna sound a bit dumb.
I recently had some trouble where my entire operatin System got deleted from my SSD for some unkown reason, so after i got that fixed and installed a fresh win10 again, i noticed that my games would not go above "Very low" in graphics settings. I also had only my Intel core card being displayed in certain games.
I looked online and i always see this

But it seems im missing a drop down in this menue which lets me select Nidia, also my Monitor is plugged into the Nvidia card itself and is working fine.
