did you download an iso? Download the exclusive kali.vdi image made for viritualbox (get from here: https://www.osboxes.org/kali-linux/), also try forcepae-ing (on bootscreen press tab and type "forcepae"), but it might be unstable. Would also help if you told us about you system and its specs...

no expect in Kali Linux, but there seem to have a loads of covered topics on this subject on google search
https://www.bing.com/search?q=how+to+install+kali+in+virtualbox&form=EDGNTT&qs=PF&cvid=250ad42c691d4e2db80df6ffd5e21890&refig=911a880cf6794a0cd55db5af5470128b&cc=US&setlang=en-US

also your image clearly indicated there is a log to be found on your machine can you pull that log and post it here ?

@Shonegica,

Two things:
- Kali is not for beginners. Learn how to boot Linux OS in VM, learn the Linux command line, and only after that pretend to be an expert and move on to Kali.
- You'll have plenty of problems with just 2GB of RAM. You'll have much better success if you create bootable Linux (even Kali) USB, and boot and use it off USB (as it is intended, BTW)
