Newly built PC won't fully boot, only flickers light for a second

When I tried to boot my new PC for the first time, the CPU Cooler light and GPU fans/lights flicker for only second and then the PC is unresponsive. Before I press the power button on my case, the motherboard has RGB lights that seem to be working fine but the lights on my other components do not come on, except for the brief flash when I try to boot the PC. I don't think any of the hardware is broken. I've tested with a working PSU and got the same results. I'm almost certain that I just have some pins in the wrong positions on the back of the PSU or I might've installed the CPU cooler fans in the wrong spot on the MoBO.

Parts List:
CPU: Intel i7 8700k
MoBo: Asus Z370-F
RAM: 2 x 8GB DDR4 G.Skill TridentZ 3200
GPU: Asus GTX 1080
PSU: Seasonic Platinum 1000W

Here are some pics of my build to see where I plugged the cables in:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, i should've listed my case, but it came with the standoffs. I ended up trying a different PSU and it works now. It's weird though, since I was literally using that "broken" PSU for a couple years and it worked totally fine yesterday.
