I'm going to be using the
Pacific RL360 D5 Hard Tube RGB Water Cooling Kit but it's my first time using water cooling like this. I was watching videos and it was mentioned that you should flush/ clean your system every 6 or so months but I don't know how to empty the reservoir and the tubes as I can't see a faucet . Does anyone know? Thank you
The case I will be building in is the Thermaltake Core P5 Mid Tower ATX Case if you need this information

I would ask you to look at other options. If you explore the links :
Kit link
http://www.thermaltake.com/Cooler/Liquid_Cooler_/LCS_Kits/C_00002905/Pacific_RL360_D5_Hard_Tube_RGB_Water_Cooling_Kit/design.htm

Rad link : http://www.thermaltake.com/Liquid_Cooler/Liquid_Cooler_/Radiators/C_00002554/Pacific_RL360_Radiator/design.htm

The cpu block is copper based and the rad is aluminium based. Even though they say the coolant has anti corrosives mixed in, u have to replace the coolant far more often than in a copper based loop to fill up the the anodic protection content for the anti corrosive property in the coolant.

I would suggest you to look at xspc rads for budget option and ek rads for premium option. U also have alphacool rads...

Flushing the loop is ez, I assume you would have a fill port and a drain port in ur loop? Have a hose from the fill port to a water source (bucket or faucet) and the drain port to the sink. Start the pump with starter / psu and let it flush for a time. U usually would have some gunk accumulated after 4-6 months of use. Initially u can see the gunk flushing in the sink and after a few minutes the flushed water will look clean without any gunk.

Now follow this up with distilled water atleast for a min and then fill up ur loop again.

Jayztwocents did some loop clean up videos in his YouTube channel. Have a look.
