ok I have B350 PC MATE MObo ( newest bios ) and R5 1600..Im OCed at 3.9 1.33v , 24C temp. (stable on Prime95 for 30 min) and LLC (mode 4), -- { watever that is ), auto nb LLC..Now I would like to know the modes? CnQ is off..Also seeing if I can OC to 4.0ghz, safely..I know CPU's are random upon purchase.. If it helps , I have a watercooler : TT Floe Riing RGB 360 Plus Premium AIO

Yeah, I think I would step up in increments/bench to see what kind of numbers to temp/voltage you are getting. Since AMD says don't do past 1.4, that sets a limit for me...I actually do a little under and try to be happy at that.
I have so far gotten my R3 1200 to OC to 3.9. The temps and power setting didn't make it worth (not) just setting it back to 3.8....mind you this is on stock cooler. I have my R7 1700 set at 3700 on stock voltage. It will run 3.8+ a touch, but don't like the temps it reaches while stressing. As it sits I can't pass 71C in a stress test. At 3.8 with the voltage bump I needed it was sitting at 84 when I stopped it.

Point being, you should see a significant increase in the voltage you need to be stable past a certain point. Water cooling will obviously change parameters on temps.
