Overclocking RAM is possible with any kit, your results may vary however based on what kit you have. Getting a 3000 CL 16 kit to 3200 is possible, but in order to do so you will have to loosen timings and increase the memory voltage and SOC voltage. A good starting point is to load the XMP file in the BIOS, then play around with settings until it boots, to stabilize 3200mhz, you will have to increase voltages and increase timings until it boots. Once you can boot into windows stress test it with a program like memtest86 for a few hours to verify stability. A safe guess for getting that kit at 3200mhz would be 1.1v SOC, 1.4v Memory, and 18-18-18-18-38 timings. That is just a guess so expect to get something better or worse.
