1. Should I go for build #1 or #2 for the best overall set up?

2. Im also wondering if there are enought fan headers for all the fans. In not is there a fan hub or spliter I can use?

3. What is the difference between the halo lux rgb fan frame and the halo rgb fan frame?

4. Is https://pcpartpicker.com/product/mM8j4D/team-t-force-delta-rgb-16gb-2-x-8gb-ddr4-3000-memory-tf4d416g3000hc16cdc01 good ram? If not what other ram would you reccomend?

5. Are there better fans I can use for airflow besides the nauctua NF-A14 PWM? And are the https://pcpartpicker.com/product/ntXfrH/noctua-case-fan-nfa14industrialppc3000pwm better than https://pcpartpicker.com/product/sWM323/noctua-nf-a14-pwm-chromaxblackswap-825-cfm-140mm-fan-nf-a14-pwm-chromaxblackswap in terms of cooling?

6. And are there any changes I should make besides what I asked?

Solution
With Intel, RAM speed difference do not affect too much, so go with either.

I am pretty sure that motherboard has enough fan headers, and the case might have a hub as well. If there is not, you can get one from Amazon for cheap.

The team RAM is pretty good. If you can, go for Corsair or G.Skill Trident Z.

Rest all look good, have fun with the build.
