my current Motherboard is an AMD A6 5400K APU with Radeon HD graphics

Im getting an Intel Core i5-8600K Coffee Lake 6-Core 3.6 GHz

also getting a Samsung 850 EVO 250GB Internal 2.5" SSD

GPU is a GTX 1070SC with Corsair CX750M PSU

So, will I need to also get an new Motherboard for the new CPU? if so, which are good ones to get?

I do not think AMD Motherboards support intel CPU so you might have to buy an intel motherboard that supports 8 Gen and if you got ram off ddr3 then you need to upgrade the ram to ddr4 but if you already have ddr4 ram then thats fine!

The GPU will work on your motherboard also your motherboard supports 8 gen so just wait and see when you place it into your motherboard because them both should work!
