Solution
If you are doing video editing, look at not further than the ryzen 2600X.

The 2600X comes with a capable stock cooler.
I already suggested the crucial mx500 ssd. But that's sata based. For productivity, an nvme ssd would be nice. Have a look at the Samsung 960 or mydigitalssd bpx. If those are costly to you, look at the new wd black nvme ssd or the Intel 600p.
Adata xpg sx8200 is also a great good model.

For video editing, go with Nvidia gpu.

Get a ips 60hz monitor from Asus, LG, Dell. Those 4 or 5ms response time monitors.
It depends on your budget mostly.

Do you have a 1080p 60hz monitor now? Will you be looking to upgrade that to 144hz as well? Open to 21:9 ultrawide monitors? That might be a bit budget friendly.

For 60/75hz monitor, a ryzen 2600X with a B450(gonna release soon) mobo and 2x8gb of 3000 /3200 mhz rams would do.

You can reuse ur hard drive if it still is in good health after a check in the diskpart or disk manager check. Have a 250gb ssd min. Sata based like crucial mx500 or 860 Evo would do.

For 144hz gaming, an 8600k min, 8700k if you plan on gaming with live streaming. Go for a good z370 like the msi gaming pro carbon.

Gpu wise, for 60fps : gtx 1060 6gb or its successor 1160/2060.

U also have monitors like the LG 34UMP69 ultrawide ips 75hz

For 144hz gaming gpu : gtx 1070 successor 1170/2070

Have a good gold rated 550w psu from seasonic or corsair txm, rmx, or evga g2, g3 or be quiet straight power 11
