I have a 6700k with h100i from corsair on a z170a, what seems like good case air flow, but i have really high temperature spike when on full load or stress test, even on low VCPU (1.23).
After a little while i get average 85-90 on aida with a bit of thermal throttle. I tried some overclock/undervoltage, but i get more of less the same result. I reseated the cooler, changed Thermal paste. Same thing.
Could it be bad motherboard/cpu or even cooler ?
