Hi, recently ever since the most recent windows update my pc has been having some issues. The issue is that whenever i turn my pc on, the actual pc comes on and so does my mouse. But my monitor and keyboard are not on. I checked inside my case when I turned it on to see if the CPU fan and graphics card is running, and everything does. The only way to get my monitor and keyboard to turn on is, if i turn off the pc through the power supply and turn it back on. Then it starts up normally. Sometimes it does the same thing when my computer goes into sleep. I click the power button and the same thing happens. Keyboard monitor off, and actual pc and mouse on. What can the issue be?
