Hello, My name is Nate and I would like to consider myself pretty tech savvy. But I'm fourteen years old and internet and wireless connections is like another language to me. My problem is why am I getting this internet speed?: https://gyazo.com/c891aa9ee308190c33a68c50dbd7d81b
My Provider is Frontier, I have been on customer support lines multiple times, and nothing they say seem to work. After all, my family and I bought, the AIRI technology, which is supposed to carry an internet signal and full strength to another room further away. That didn't work what so ever, I obviously don't recommend it. Seeing that didn't work I bought a $40 wireless adapter ($40 is a lot when your 14 and not eligible for a job lol) because I thought maybe my old cheap Wireless adapter was bottle-necking the internet speed.Which the adapter seems to work at times, but doesn't seem to fix the issue. Currently I am pretty far away from the router, but you would think the items I've bought would have fixed that issue. Our internet speeds should be up to 150 and 150 down. Any help would be appreciated because watching videos at 144p isn't pleasant.

PS: I get better speed on almost all devices in the house

PPS: I didn't have this problem before I moved and stopped using ethernet.

Distance from the router and obstacles needing to be traversed, along with the antennae on both ends make a big difference.

If you have more than 2 walls or other obstacles between your wireless adapter and the router, you should strongly consider an alternative solution.

If you're trying to use the 5 GHz band, that's even worse.

Your upload numbers in your picture actually don't look too bad, considering you're on wireless. That looks like you may have peaked around 72 Mbps on your upload side. Perhaps your router is able to hear your wireless adapter better than your adapter is able to hear the router.

You might want to look into Ethernet over Powerline adapters. Not cheap, but a pair of those may solve your issues. You're not likely to get your 150 Mbps, and they're not necessarily cheap, but a decent set should work better than your current WiFi.

Yes, I was thinking about trying to move the router upstairs to use ethernet, it is alot of trouble, but seeing all the trouble I have went through to fix my issue, it shouldn't be that.
