So, I just started to turn on my laptop to see what's going on, then when I opened Google Chrome, the tab bar appeared to be grey instead of white, which is extremly unusual to me. I tried to fix this, but it looks like none of these solutions I found were able to fix this problem. Here's proof:

I really need for a quick fix for this. Thank you!

its not as light a grey as yours. I am using a theme though.

Are you using a chrome theme? they can alter the colors - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/themes

Go to chrome settings and click the hamburger menu (3 lines next to settings) and choose appearance, this will show you what theme you are running. reset to default is pretty easy to see from here.

what setting have you got in windows? right click desktop, choose personilisation and then colours.
Is it auto picking a accent color from background?

Chrome themes over ride the Windows choices, as I had to remove my theme before windows could make the tab bar change color from black.

Maybe they want it to look a certain way. I like my dark theme as it blends into my standard taskbar color of black and I have taskbar at top of screen so black on both makes it hard to tell where desktop ends and taskbars begin.

I have used Netscape, Exploder (IE), Opera, Firefox & Chrome in the last 20 years and I don't have a favorite, they all have their ups and downs. I can remember using Copernic before Google was the go to search engine.

Yes, it is like that when the windows's active. When I saw the phrase "Chrome themes", I was thinking if a white theme could fix that issue. I tried, and it solved the problem. Thank you for your response anyways!
