Ok I want to start and say my Pc has been like this for 6 months and i've just ignored it for a while. Basically the problem is i get shit fps in all my games. I originally thought the problem was my graphics card but i figured out it was not after I rma it and got a new one. All my drivers are up to date and my cpu runs at 60c and the rest of the system is around 70c. Ive reinstalled windows and have updated everything possible. Ive ran test on everypiece of hardware and all test show they run well. But to give the run down, games like fortnite on all low i get like 90fps and siege on all low i stay at like 65.
