Will this cpu bottleneck the GTX 1070?

I'm currently planning on buying the GTX 1070 OC, with a Akitio Thunder 2 due to the fact that my Imac is only capable of TB2. I've been wondering if my i5 5250u cpu and TB2 will cut down the potential of the gpu, if so what should I do?

Looking at what u told us, you CPU won't be an issue due to its cache capacity being more than fine, for the time being, the only thing you have to keep in mind is the fact that you tb2 will decrease your performance quite significantly. When looking at the data on the website, it shows that there is still a performance drop, but i dont think it will be as drastic as when you use TB2.
