Why is rust dropping frames from 75(locked) to 5-or less.

I just bought a gtx980 ti and i have no problem in any game but in rust. Nothing has more usage than 80% but sometimes it just drops the fps to 0 for a few secounds than it comes back.
What can i do about the drops? Its really ugly while streaming.

When asking a question, please list your computer specs so we can have a better idea of what is going on.

It sounds like a possible caching solution. Is your hard drive or memory enough?

i5-4470 12gb of ram and gtx 980 ti

I have 2 hdd-s one is 1000gb and the other is 500gb

The wintdows and programs are on the 1000gb but the games are on the 500gb one.
