Can't open Bios on msi motherboard

I was trying the feature called "MSI fast boot" or in other words "Ultra fast boot" that disables all drives except the hard drive. After that I restarted my computer, But I changed my mind, I have to get access to the BIOS but my keyboard and also my mouse wouldn't respond, I wanna have this fixed. Can you guys help? Thanks a lot

By the way my mother board is MSI A68HM-E33 V2

Switch psu off, unplug it from wall then switch psu on, remove shiny battery it should be behind gpu, press and hold power button for 30-60s~, plug back battery, switch psu off, plug power back and switch it on, you should be able to access bios now.
