I've bought a new external harddrive but i can't seem to get it to work.
Its an Seagate backup plus hub (10TB) Usb3
The drive is recognised and i can access it but nothing more.
I've followed the manual instructions and i needed to execute an " start here .exe" it didn't work because my windows version wasn't good? (running w7)
I can't recall the exact error.. but its the same when you want to play an old game.
Anyhow i've gotten a tip from a friend to format it.. ok no problem, but during the formatting i've got an error.
The drive is still there.. can't format it and can't create files on it etc.
I can see it, also in disk management but i can't use it in any way.
