Can I Hibernate Windows 10 and boot another Windows 10?

good day every,

so i have windows 10 on an SSD. For some reasons, some games don't work very well (Random Frame Drops). So i installed another windows 10 on my HDD. my question is, can i hibernate windows 10 that is on the SSD and Boot into the other Windows 10 that is on the HDD? ,,thanks

If both SSD and HDD have their own bootloader and you switch between them with boot priority settings in BIOS, then this might be possible.
But if you installed OS on second drive, while both drives were connected, then there would be only single bootloader.
Then booting after hibernation would not give any OS choice and you'll be booted into OS you hibernated from.
