hmm according to the motherboard specs that board can handle a max of 8 GB of RAM, though speed is limited to 1333. Side note if the OS you have installed isn't a 64-Bit version then you can only use 4 GB of RAM anyways. https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-G41MT-S2PT-rev-10#sp

Given the specs I wouldn't recommend going past a GTX 1050 Ti. Also due the age of the board you might have a compatibility problem with the newest version of GPUs. The GTX 960 is in the equivalent range and shouldn't have a compatibility problem. https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html

That all said your system is about as far as it can go. So it might be a better choice to just continue to save money and go for a more substantial...

There's not a whole lot farther to go with this build if you're not happy with a GTX 750. And you'll also need a power supply upgrade for anything more powerful; I'd rather someone take $30 out of my wallet than make me run a "500W" power supply you can buy for the equivalent of $10 USD.

I think you're simply too late in the game for an incremental upgrade to make any sense.
