It's only been a day, if it's a complicated/difficult issue it can take much longer for some ppl to get back to you based on there schedule/timezone/checking information so they can give you a appropriate response. As for trying another cord or GPU unless you tell us exactly what you've done we assume you haven't tried it, we help ppl who have little knowledge of computers to ppl who have years of training and we don't always know who were dealing with initially.
