i am confused about my question

ok i understand but i come to toms hardware because the people on here have a great knowledge of computers
i felt that person disrespected me to think i was that stupid that i would not think to check and replace a cord i also tried another gpu.
i also told him i checked the connectin with my laptop. i do not come on here to waste peoples time
if you feel i am disrespectful then just take down my ad and i will go some where else

It's only been a day, if it's a complicated/difficult issue it can take much longer for some ppl to get back to you based on there schedule/timezone/checking information so they can give you a appropriate response. As for trying another cord or GPU unless you tell us exactly what you've done we assume you haven't tried it, we help ppl who have little knowledge of computers to ppl who have years of training and we don't always know who were dealing with initially.
