First Time Making a PC Build

The next upcoming PC build will be my second time building a PC, but it's the first time I am choosing the parts for myself. I'm fairly new to PC hardware, so I'm not 100% confident about my build. This is the current build I have: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/B6xwYT

The budget I'm working on is around $800. I have already found some pretty good deals on ebay for a new SSD and a used GPU that will bring the cost down to it. Are there any improvements I can make?

The only real impacting change I would suggest is an M.2 drive over the 2.5" one, if you want one. Consider this - https://pcpartpicker.com/product/dkHRsY/samsung-970-evo-250gb-m2-2280-solid-state-drive-mz-v7e250bw

Depending on system usage, perhaps 16GB of RAM over 8GB. Not saying it's necessary, but it's something to think about. Only you know your typical system usage.

Perhaps consider a Corsair TX550M Gold PSU over the 450w (Bronze) one, considering it's only $20 more.

Could I possibly use the m.2 as my only initial storage and add more drives when I need more space?
