Remove any external USB flash drive or hard drive connected to the PC. It might be trying to boot off those instead of the internal drive.

If none of that applies, you might need to run a Windows Repair or check the disk for error with the chkdsk command

I recommend first checking that the Internal hard drive is listed in the BIOS, and is selected as the primary boot device. If it is, and you still can't boot into Windows, then either the drive is dead, or the file system is corrupted and will need to have a chkdsk (Check Disk) command ran against it to find any errors.

It's a HDD and all i hear is the normal sound of the fans nothing which it was used to make before it happened

+1 corrupted or dead hard drive.

Plug the drive in another computer to see if you can retrieve data or if it is detected at least.

+1 Is it a ssd or hard drive (might need to reboot a few time to re detect ssd properly)

check in bios if you see the drive, be sure that boot option is on the right drive.

Type the name, or provide a screenshot if you can.

Also try moving the SATA connection to another port on the MB. If you're still getting the same issue, it's possible the logic board on the drive has an issue. In which case, you'll have to connect the drive as a secondary in another PC to run diagnostics on it...if possible.

BTW, it's not uncommon for SSD based drive to outright fail from a "dirty shutdown" (Improper shutdown from unexpected power loss). I've seen two OCZ based SSD die because of half-writes. Because the drive is internally encrypted, it's unable to decrypt the data upon boot. This was a known issue for some of the Vertex series.
