CPU Cooler and fans position question

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I have a question about the position of the radiator for the CPU cooler in my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rkTttg
If I place the radiator at the top of the case as exhaust and use a 140mm exhaust in the rear with 3 120mm intake in the front, will I still have a positive pressure? I was thinking I would, since the fans on the radiator would have less airflow than those that are open. However, I am not sure how the different fan sizes would affect the amount of airflow and whether or not this would still constitute positive pressure.
Also, if I do mount my radiator at the top, I was planning to use a pull configuration to minimize dust. Would this be good or not?
Thank you in advance for your help!

What you said is true and it is the way I would have done it.

Gaming loads in the cpu would hardly be more than 60% but the gpu would be at 80-100% depending on the games and the settings.

So going for aio top exhaust with fresh ambient air intake in the front for the gpu is the right choice.

And yes the aio exhaust will lessen the dust intake.
