Upgrade Gpu or Ram

I just got a job so ive got some spending money. My budget is 180(flexible) and im looking to either upgrade my gpu or ram

Specs
Athlon X4 880k
R7 250
4gb DDR3 1600mhz
600Watt

Im looking at either getting a 2x4gb corsair 1833mhz ram kit or a gtx 1050 gpu. What should i get. Btw im using it for gaming.

The GPU will be an upgrade with more impact on performance, but if you buy it first it will bottleneck because of the lack of RAM, so you will have to upgrade both. However, with that budget I suggest keeping your money to get a gtx1050Ti and then the 2X4GB kit.
EDIT: You can also buy a gtx1050Ti and sell both your current RAM and GPU to get the new RAM kit.
