Computer won’t turn on

I’ve been trying for 6 hours now to try to turn on my first pc build but I’ve checked everything and don’t know why it’s not working. I have a EVEA 550 watt power supply and my wall plug can support it easily. My motherboard is A320M-S2H with a ryzen 3 cpu, Gtx 745 TI, 8 g of memory, and 1 tb hard drive. I really wish this worked when I first built it but I tested every component and wouldn’t turn on even with just the I/O panel, psu and motherboard

Switch PSU on, checked is the power cable extender turned on (in case you have one), pushed firmly 24pin connector (should sit tight and 4pin/8pin for CPU,
Double check with manual that you correctly plugged front panel. Have you tried shorting out power_button+ and - in case the button is dead?

Other thing to do is remove CPU and keep power to the motherboard and 4pin to CPU and check does the fan even start?
