In need of a power supply

Not sure what to look for with no knowledge of any psu's. Currently in the market for one and would love to know what I need without risking the life of my pc. Thanks!

My specs are:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @3.40GHz
8GB Ram
500GB HDD
128GB SSD
Nvidia GTS 450

And my current power supply is a digitec.ch 420w

(Just bought this pc a few days ago with a bad power supply)
