can i change fans on radiator?

i want ot buy this radiator: https://www.newegg.com/global/il/Product/Product.aspx?Item=2YM-0004-00015&ignorebbr=1
and switchs on it with this fans: https://www.newegg.com/global/il/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835200119&ignorebbr=1
will work?

The Rosewill fans are about 40% lower maximum fan speed and almost 30% less airflow. The Rosewill is listed as a case fan, not radiator fan.
The specs don't list the Air Pressure, which is more important for radiator fans. The ML240 fans are listed as 2.34 mmH2O max air pressure.
Personally, I would not go this way, particularly if you find that the air pressure on the Rosewill is less than the ML240L fans.
I don't think your cooling will be as effective with the Rosewill.

ok. i have 4 more fans in the case. so cooling is not my problem. the radiator will work with this two? thanks

For which CPU?
Will work...yes...but you will not get the performance out of the radiator it can deliver with a proper airflow.
Look for other fans with higher airflow and be happy with the improvement.
