Filling of D disc itself

In morning I opened my computer and the free space was11.6 and 4.5 Gb respectively of local disc D & E but now there is no space in E and D is showing only 3.6 Gb. I m unable to open any of my disc I m unable to have my pendrive in it pls pls pls pls help..

I would suspect a virus but let's go basic:
Download and set up WinDirStat on your D drive. It's small, 50 MB.
Run it, select all local drives, hit OK and wait for some time.
It'll give a chart with blocks in different sizes and colors.
Try to name a few that takes big rectangles by clicking on them. It'll tell you the name of the file,send some of the names on big ones.
