Usb ports not working

I just installed the new bios for my motherboard which is an Asus rampage III extreme and I have to use ps2 keyboard and mouse it still won't recognize any usb stuff I put flash drive, mice, and keyboard any help?

Have you tried all the USB ports? Your motherboard has 2 different USB controllers, one Intel and one NEC.

NEC® USB 3.0 controller : 2 x USB 3.0 port(s) (2 at back panel, blue)
Intel® ICH10R controller : 9 x USB 2.0 port(s) (6 at back panel, black, 2 at mid-board)
