Hello im just quoting this answer from Toshiba site

Satellite C50-A-1FW motherboard supports the Mobile Intel HM70 Express Chipset.

There you will find supported CPUs.
But note: CPUs upgrade is not supported by notebook manufacturer. Even if the chipset would support new CPU, the BIOS could not support such CPU.
In this forum you can find lot of threads about CPUs upgrade. In each thread you will find information that such upgrade is always risky and nobody knows if it will function finally. "
