what gpu should i use?

i'm on very low budget so i i'm buying used parts. i only need to buy gpu and case and my pc is ready.
cpu: c2d e7400 (my plan is to get c2q q9300)
mobo: g31m3 v2
hdd: 1x 250gb 2.5 inch + 160gb 2.5inch
ram: 2x2 800mhz ddr2
psu: sp-atx-420-pfc http://reklama5.mk/AdDetails?ad=2403871 i know its not good psu but i couldn't find any other with 6-pin and cheap, other power suplies with 6pin were about 50$ and still not very good.

what gpu should i get? gtx 650, gtx 560, gts 450 or something with simlar price (under 50$). something that my psu can handle, but still to have performance at least as much as the gts 450.

The first number is the Series of GPU, and the second/third number is normally how good it is.
So the 450 is 4 series and 50 is how good it is
so a 550 should be better, even if it is just a little bit, but it will be better.
The 650 is def worth getting if you can get a cheap one.
So the 650 will be as fast or slightly faster than a 740, but the 750 will be quicker than the 650.

gt 740 ok, 750/ti is too expensive, gt 520 is seriusly weak, r7 250 cant find one unfortunetly : /

650 4gb is the one im looking at.... but its ddr3. if my psu can support it i will go for that card :)

It's close, but if that's the only PSU you have, it will work, but you are running it at its limits, which isn't a good thing.

740 might be the sweet spot, hard to say. 400 should ok, but with low quality psu I would not push it to hard. 75% it will work m8

i can find one 640 that is cheap enough. now lets talk about performance, cuz i still wanna build something useful for gaming and not a trash pc... will it run euro truck on 60fps, i dont care what settings, gta 5 40fps? or will it run beamng at all?
