1. Budget & Location
My budget range is $980. As for location I'm from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Update: Bear in mind that this includes shipping and taxes.
2. Aim
The aim for this build is directed towards gaming and 3D modelling.
3. Monitors
I plan on buying one G-sync monitor, but that would be later on in the future and will ask for recommendations in another thread. Currently, I'm going to run on my current LG monitor (not G-sync) that supports 1920 X 1080p.
4. Peripherals
I do plan on buying peripherals but that plan will take affect in the future after I planned and purchased my G-sync monitor. The rig will run on Windows 10.
5. Why are you upgrading?
The reason I'm upgrading is because Soul Calibur 6 is coming out on October 19th this year and I want my build to run this game smoothly at the highest settings. You can see the recommended PC specs on Nvidia's website.
6. Components owned
The components I've already acquired and want to use on my future build are as follows:

Here are a list of components I'm planning to buy atm; do note that I've included the components I've already owned in there so just subtract them ($77.16 & $427.50) from the cost. Plz provide any feedback as to what components you would replace and the reason for doing so. Also is there any other component or tool I need to buy?
