What GPU should I buy?

What is the best GPU I can have with a 350W Power Supply because I dont know how to replace a power supply but I can replace a GPU and I would like to change my GPU, my CPU is a AMD FX 8320, I have 16 GB of RAM. The GPU currently installed is a AMD Radeon R7 250 and it does not let me play the games I want.

1050ti, without the 6 pin will be the best option.

The motherboard should be able to the 1050ti, given that you are running a r7 250.

Other options are rx560 from amd or 1050 from nVidia, 1050ti is the fastest out of the three.
