I just bought a new EVGA Reference GTX 770 replacing my old HD6950, After attempting to play a few games, i realize that my frames are unstable. My first thought was that the games couldn't handle it, until i got that same unstable framerate (30 to 45 with alot of missing frames) on CSGO
(CSGO on my old radeon could easily get upwards of 200+ frames, so its the GPU not a processor limitation.
I have all my drivers downloaded, i have GeForce experience downloaded.
